Unable to access CPD modules, having to have to ‘redo’ the direct debit over and over again, even though I am already a paying customer. I do receive my printed Nursing Standard. My revalidation is due soon and I really would like to do a couple CPD modules. I have emailed in a few times - no response, I have tried to phone the ‘dedicated’ helpline - the number doesn’t work. So frustrated Nd very unhappy 🙁
