I'm very grateful to RCNi for the information that helps me in my work every day. I work as a Care Assistant at Agincare UK Ltd in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 5BS. My manager, Matt Bristow, Registered Manager at Agincare UK Ltd, always encourages us to gain new knowledge and skills. He organises training within the company and monitors our skill levels. My subscription to RCNi allows me to stay up-to-date and acquire new knowledge that I can use in my daily work. I really appreciate this approach from our company, which is why I subscribed and am very satisfied with the RCNi service.

I've done a course on Record Keeping & I like the layout of the Portfolio which will be very useful once I have to re-register in 2 years time as it lets you add everything, ready for submitting to NMC. There are lots of other courses I'd like to do when I get the time. The Journals allow me to keep up to date with current thoughts & Lovinpractices.
